Outside Sales working for Wyoming Casing Service, Inc. are in charge of all public relations. They are the first face the Oil companies we sub contract for, will come in contact with. This position also includes writing bids, contacting companies to verify they received the bid and follow up to ensure Wyoming Casing acquires the contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Sales position is responsible for public relations with our contractors up to and including scheduling appointments, meeting existing customers, and obtaining new customers.
- This position requires travel to and from job sites or contractor headquarters as well as other travel as needed.
- They must work with the Operations Manager to verify that crews are available to complete a job they sell in essence they are the liaison from the pitched company to Wyoming Casing to ensure a smooth transition from pitch to completion.
- Continuously updating existing customers of any changes in our policies and practices that may affect their business with Wyoming Casing.
- All jobs must comply with Wyoming Casing standards from sale to completion.
- They must coordinate with Operations as well as with Safety, DOT and Human Resource to ensure that all parties are aware of any and all issues that may arise at a job site or with a company representative.
- Write all bids for the company and verify that it’s been received.
- Renegotiate bids between Management and Vendors.
- Follow through to complete the sale and then forward to corresponding Operations Manager for job completion.
- Follow through with the oil company after job completion to maintain an open line of communication with our customer and increase our sales presence.
